The move allows MyDentist to acquire more modern premises with better disabled access and parking, still in the centre of town. The business has been searching for premises locally for approximately 5 years and they have now managed to fill the gap in their desire for better premises!
The property totals 3,655 sq.ft and has been let on a new 10 year lease with 5 yearly rent reviews. The building has been let on behalf of a private client.
