Aitchison Raffety was commissioned to sell Orchard House Surgery in November 2023. The property is a two-storey, purpose-built Doctor’s surgery with parking available at the rear.
Our solution
Further to inspecting and valuing the property, we produced a sales brochure, marketed the property on various websites and sent the details to potential investors. The property was marketed at a great value, and we were aware of specific investors who were likely to be interested at this level.
Successful Result
We sold the asset at a price both buyer and seller were happy with. The sale completed July 2024. This was seen as a good result in a difficult market both a price and timing perspective.
