Emily Hackett
Emily re-joined the Healthcare division as a Surveyor, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and experience in property consultancy, having previously worked with the company for many years. With over seven years’ experience, Emily specialises in landlord and tenant matters and valuations. She acts for a range of clients advising on and negotiating notional rent appeals, rent reviews and lease renewals, as well as undertaking partnership valuations.
Emily will play a key role in supporting the healthcare team with high-quality advice, ensuring clients receive the best possible outcomes for their portfolios and developments.
Hannah Bickersteth
Hannah has joined as an Associate Director in the Healthcare division. She brings with her 16 years post qualification experience having worked across a broad range of property sectors and practicing in both the public and private sectors. Hannah will assist in the expansion of the healthcare, valuation, and consultancy provision across the Southeast of England, undertaking valuation work of healthcare and commercial properties for banks, GP surgeries and private property owners.
Hannah and Emily will work closely with the rest of the team to drive forward innovative property solutions for healthcare clients, delivering high-value outcomes and enhancing Aitchison Raffety’s reputation as a leader in healthcare property consultancy.
