Emily re-joined the Healthcare division as a Surveyor. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience in property consultancy, having previously worked with the company for many years. With over seven years’ experience, Emily specialises in landlord and tenant matters and valuations. She acts for a range of clients, advising on and negotiating notional rent appeals, rent reviews and lease renewals, as well as undertaking partnership valuations.
Emily will play a key role in supporting the healthcare team with high-quality advice, ensuring clients receive the best possible outcomes for their portfolios and developments.
