Duncan Thomas
Duncan Thomas has joined as the Head of Planning and Development, based in our London office. Duncan brings over 25 years of experience in the fields of development, planning, and regeneration, gained through both consultancy roles and client-side positions within the public sector. His extensive portfolio includes projects across various market sectors, ranging from small-scale developments to major town and city centre mixed-use projects, as well as the creation of new communities.
Duncan is dedicated to leading the Planning and Development team, where he will focus on coordinating the delivery of high-quality advice to both existing and new clients of the business.
Michelle Campbell
Michelle Campbell has taken on the role of Head of Valuation at Aitchison Raffety. With over 15 years of experience as a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer, Michelle has a proven track record in the valuation of commercial and residential assets for loan security and regulated purpose instructions across the UK and EMEA.
Her experience also includes managing high-value portfolio mandates for institutional funds. Prior to joining Aitchison Raffety, Michelle served as Head of Valuation Compliance at a global property consultancy, where she ensured compliance with RICS and IVSC standards.
Michelle will lead the valuation team, with a strong emphasis on providing excellent client care through high-quality advice and up-to-date market intelligence.
