Tom Littler
Senior Associate Director
Tom is part of the Valuation team at Aitchison Raffety and is responsible for undertaking a wide range of valuations for both secured lending and accounts purposes. He provides ‘Red Book’ valuations to an extensive range of lenders covering all principal commercial property types and the appraisal of sites being redeveloped for both commercial and residential purposes. He has extensive experience of bespoke valuation packages and assists in providing training to graduates enrolled in the Assessment of Professional Competence.
Tom has been a qualified Chartered Surveyor for 25 years and has extensive experience with a range of commercial practices. He has worked both in the Home Counties and for over 10 years in central London. He has concentrated on valuation work for most of his career with Countrywide Commercial, DTZ (now Cushman & Wakefield) and for the past five years Aitchison Raffety. At DTZ, Tom worked closely with major pension funds including Legal & General and Aviva as well as undertaking high value and complex valuation appraisals for many of the major UK banks. Since joining Aitchison Raffety, he has focused on secured lending work and undertakes valuations of properties for a range of the major banks and private clients, with a value between £500,000 and £30 million.
